I started this food blog not because I wanted to make money out of it, or because I wanted to be invited to eat at restaurants for free. I started blogging about the places I’ve been to and the food that I eat and turned it into a form of informal review because I wanted people who are not from Baguio City to dine and experience Baguio not just for the scenes and the pine trees but for the numerous Baguio based, Baguio original and Baguio owned restaurants in the city. Most tourists are usually on a time constrained stay in Baguio, so I made this blog so they can try out the best of the best of Baguio restaurants and ensure that they have a satisfying {also unforgattable} dining experience.
I’ve never claimed to be a food critic. I write about the places that I think tourists MUST GO TO, the ones that they should absolutely must not leave Baguio without visiting, CHECK OUT if they have time to spare, TRY OUT if they are feeling adventurous and TAKE A RISK if they are willing to prove me wrong.
I am a foodie, what makes me one is that I will eat EVERYTHING at least once as long as it is edible. I think that you cannot call yourself a FOODIE if you won’t eat certain things or if you won’t at least try something new once in a while, and by new, I don’t mean something on the menu, like a twist to a favorite dish or something, but new in the sense that something taboo, not something that you would normally eat on a daily basis.
